Hotel Rosengarten - Frankfurt (Oder)

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived late, they were incredibly accommodating and even gave us some great recommendations for a late-night meal. The guy at reception was a total rockstar - he was so friendly and helpful, organizing a crib for my baby within minutes and even assisting with baby food. The whole check-in process was a breeze, and our rooms were clean and beautifully presented. The location was perfect for us, being close to the Romania border. We'll definitely be returning in September and staying here again. Such a fantastic experience!

The standard twin room was equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a TV, all conveniently located near the restaurant.

My room was clean and warm, had down pillows. It was equipped with a bathtub. This location was magnificent, very close to the restaurant.

The value for money at Rosengarten was excellent, and the room was clean and well presented. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the Romania border. As for the hotel breakfast, it could have been improved with a better variety of options.

The lack of curtains on the windows and worn-out extra beds can detract from the overall experience.

There were several downsides to the stay. The carpets were quite dirty, and there were some visible stains on the floor.
